We have created a premium clutch master cylinder upgrade that far exceeds the specifications and reliability of the stock Lotus system. This is the same clutch replacement that we've used on the Lotus Cup Evoras and is fitted to the Evoras in World Challenge!
The master cylinder is from Tilton, a leader in racing components. It's a compact, lightweight, purpose built design with no unnecessary and bulky flanges or bosses that you'll find on cheaper "universal" master cylinders on the market.
The plumbing is built in-house with industry leading BMRS hydraulically crimped stainless steel fittings, which is a superior construction to socketed "DIY" type fittings. The BMRS hose is coated to help protect the hose itself and components it comes in contact with from abrasion.
The clevis is easy to adjust for an ideal clutch pedal height and we have provided the correct bushings in the clevis to eliminate pedal play from the standard Lotus part.

All supercharged Evora variants came with the plastic master cylinder
Early naturally aspirated (NA) Evoras were fitted with the metal master cylinder. The change over to plastic master cylinders for the NA cars is found by referencing the VIN and delivery specification. All the following vehicles onward have the plastic master cylinder: 2011 VIN BHD11343 (left-hand drive) :: 2011 VIN BHC11524 (right-hand drive) :: 2011 VIN BHA11528 (Federal USA).
Please specify whether your Evora currently has a METAL or PLASTIC clutch master cylinder while ordering.
