THIS IS THE REV400! THE KIT COMES WITH A FLASH TUNE AND BLOWER PULLEY THAT IS 100% COMPATIBLE AND DESIGNED TO WORK WITH A BONE STOCK 2ZZ-GE ENGINE.

Tune Request Forms can be found in the Support Section and MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED TO sales@boefabrication.com as well as a paper copy.  Current turn around time for the tune is 14 business days. We suggest starting the tuning process at the beginning of the project. 

K-Line (White Dash 2ZZ-GE) cars will need to mail their ECUs to us. CANBUS (Black Dash 2ZZ-GE) cars will install the tune via an email process and a Windows PC Laptop.

ON A CUSTOM ORDER BASIS, WE WILL PROVIDE GUIDANCE AS TO DRIVELINE, MOTOR, AND KIT MODIFICATIONS NEEDED TO MAKE AS MUCH AS 350 WHP ON PUMP GAS!

REV400TVS

This is truly our signature supercharger kit. We're proud to have this kit on Lotus cars that hold multiple SCCA and NASA Track records and as well as many SCCA Pro-Solo XP National Championships! The tractability and throttle response of the power cannot be duplicated by any other forced induction kit on the market. The intake volume of our manifold and the output of the TVS1320 are in perfect harmony for flawless power delivery on the high-revving 2ZZ-GE 4 cylinder.

For stock motors, we keep the tune and boost conservative to treat the relatively fragile OE internals with respect. However, for those willing to take the step to build their motors to accept some serious boost, the REV400TVS will deliver the goods.

A sturdier than stock clutch is recommended for this setup.

BACKGROUND

Supercharging the Lotus Elise or Exige and BOE Fabrication are synonymous. We've done more supercharging of the Lotus S2 111 than anyone. Hundreds have found our products offered by Sector111, Blackwatch Racing, and direct from BOE.

Our latest, and monumental step in supercharging is called the Revolution Series. This is a system capable of more than 330whp on 91 octane fuel!
The Revolution starts with an all new aluminum casting that incorporates an internal Air-to-Water charge cooler.

 

The Revolution Series is:

  • Designed specifically to take advantage of the latest in supercharging technology with a TVS1320 from Eaton and Harrop.
  • o Revolution natively attaches to the TVS for the ultimate supercharged experience. Cooler air, more volume, and less parasitic drag than the old M62 blowers. 
  • Tight coupling of the heat exchanger with intake manifold
    o Less intake volume ==> crisper throttle response or greater supercharger pumping efficiency.
    o Shorter air flow distance ==> substantially reduced pressure drop & reduced weight of plumbing & lower parasitic power consumption (higher net power).
  • Bespoke cast aluminum blower intake and plenum
    o Greater ability to make a shape that's friendly to airflow than a fabricated and welded part. It also affords greater repeatability of quality and appearance from part to part.
  • Flash tuning of your stock ECU using proprietary software and calibration work by BOE. We have the most customizable and developed tunes available on the market.
  • Our Rev kits are the ONLY supercharger upgrades that have post blower IAT (Intake Air Temperature) compensation in the ECU calibration. This is an important addition that we developed for our kits. No other supercharger kit on the market can boast this important feature!
  • A/W ("air to water") Charge Cooler
    o High heat exchanger effectiveness and allows for proper packaging in a mid-engine platform to ensure the best efficiency possible
  • Dedicated radiator and circulation pump mounted in the engine bay (including the Elise!)
    o Efficient cooling and lower charge temps since there are no other components cooled by the system.
    o Easy installation with all the plumbing remaining in the rear of the car.
  • High-Flow circulation pump made by Bosch with weather sealed custom wiring harness
    o Helps to ensure a trouble-free experience.
