The BOE Fastworks ECU Editor has unlocked all the performance tables in the ECU unlike anything else available in the Lotus market. We have combined years of standalone race ECU tuning and experience with the OEM ECU and built the the best flash you can buy for your Lotus Exige/Cup/211.
We will custom tailor this flash tune for modifications such as different pulleys, injectors, specific intake systems, headers, cams, etc. The Tune Request Form (TRF), which will be provided by email after purchase, is required to complete the tune.

WE STARTED OUT WITH AN EXIGE THAT HAD A 3" PULLEY AND AN UPGRADED FUEL PUMP AND AS EXPECTED IT PUT DOWN 218 HP AS OUR STOCK PULL. NEXT WE UPLOADED A LEADING AFTERMARKET TUNE WHICH INCREASED POWER OUTPUT BY A RESPECTABLE 30WHP. FINALLY WE UNLOCKED WHAT WE FEEL IS THE MAXIMUM SAFE POTENTIAL OF THE VEHICLE WITH OUR SPECIALLY TAILORED TORQUE300+ TUNE. THE DIFFERENCE WAS AMAZING AS IT ADDED NEARLY 47WHP AND 22FT/LB OF TORQUE AT THE WHEELS.
525 EV-14 INJECTORS
WALBRO 255 LPH FUEL PUMP
THE TORQUE300 FLASH WILL TAKE THE STOCK FUELING SYSTEM TO ITS LIMITS. THE EXIGE RANGE COMES WITH 440CC INJECTORS AND THEY WILL RUN TO 100% DUTY CYCLE WITH THIS TUNE (STATIC OR 100% OPEN). THIS IS NOT A GOOD SITUATION, AS THE ECU IS LOSING CONTROL OF THE FUELING DEMANDS OF THE MOTOR. WHILE MANY ARE RUNNING THIS WAY AND HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL WITH IT, IT IS FAR SUPERIOR TO RUN A PROPERLY SIZED INJECTOR. WHILE NOT ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED, ADDING THE BOSCH EV-14'S TO YOUR TUNE AND BUILD IS A GOOD PLAN. THEY ARE SOME OF THE BEST INJECTORS AVAILABLE. THEY HAVE EXTREMELY LOW INTERNAL MASS AND ARE VERY RELIABLE. EACH SET COMES WITH ADAPTERS TO THE LOTUS HARNESS AND A FLOW SHEET TO SHOW THE SET IS BALANCED. ADDITIONALLY, THE OEM FUEL PUMP WILL BE AT ITS LIMIT ON CARS NOT EQUIPPED WITH A LARGER FUEL PUMP FROM FACTORY, AND IT IS RECOMMENDED TO FIT THE WALBRO 255LPH PUMP IN THIS CASE.
3IN INTAKE SYSTEM
IT'S WIDELY UNKNOWN THE STOCK MAF TUBE IS TOO SMALL FOR A GOOD BREATHING 2ZZ-GE! THE MAF IN THE STOCK ~2.55" INLET MAXES OUT AT 5 VOLTS ON EXIGE'S WITH OUR TUNE WELL BEFORE PEAK LOAD IS MEASURED. THIS IS NOT IDEAL, AS THE ECU IS RUNNING THE MOTOR “IN THE DARK" ON THE WAY TO REDLINE. IF YOU ADD OUR 3" CAI TO THE ORDER, WE RECALIBRATE THE MAF TABLES IN THE TUNE TO ENSURE THAT YOU CAN SAFELY TAKE THE 2ZZ-GE TO THE LIMITS ON STREET OR TRACK.
If you wish to get a bit more boost, we recommend a 3.0” pulley, but no smaller. The faster you spin the blower, the harder it is to shed the additional heat. Therefore, effective intercooling becomes more and more difficult and expensive. It is highly recommended to increase airflow to the intercooler, and/or upgrade to a RLS intercooler. For reference, the stock pulley is about 3.25”.
NGK BKR7-EIX Spark Plugs
When asking more of the engine by way of forced induction, it is important to reduce the heat range of the spark plugs, and also decrease the gap on the electrode to prevent the spark from being "blown out". The NGK BKR7-EIX plugs are what we supply with our supercharger kits, and are an Iridium OEM quality plug.
